  • 1. Project-based collaboration model

    Each assignment is carried out as a clearly defined project with:

    • fixed scope of services and objectives
    • defined term (typically 30–45 days)
    • fixed project remuneration
    • performance-based commission on completed transactions
  • 2. Project remuneration (fixed fee)

    Our collaboration is based on a fixed project fee that is agreed upon at the beginning of the project.

    The fixed fee ensures that we can manage projects in a focused and binding manner without any conflicts of interest. A performance-related commission may be agreed upon in addition if the deal is actually closed, but this does not replace the project fee.

  • 1. Initial consultation

    We begin with a non-binding initial consultation to assess the project as a whole.

    During this consultation, we clarify whether the requirements, volumes, budget, and decision-making structures are fundamentally compatible with a structured China sourcing project.

    The aim of this step is to clarify for both sides whether cooperation would be sensible and productive.

  • 2. Project definition & quotation

    Based on the initial consultation, we define:

    • the scope of the project
    • the objective
    • the time frame
    • the planned services

    Based on this, we create a clearly structured project offer with a fixed scope of services and fixed project remuneration (fixed fee).

  • 3. Commissioning & project launch

    After acceptance of the offer, the following will occur:

    • the formal commissioning
    • the agreement on project remuneration
    • the official project launch

    From this point on, we will work exclusively within the agreed scope of the project.

  • 4. Structured customer briefing

    Every project begins with a binding, structured client briefing.


    This briefing forms the operational and content-related basis for the entire project.

  • 5. Supplier research & preselection

    Based on the confirmed briefing, we will begin our structured supplier research in China.


    The focus is on quality, reliability, scalability, and long-term feasibility.

  • 6. Offers & commercial coordination

    We obtain quotes for qualified manufacturers and provide support with commercial coordination.

    All commercial discussions are conducted in a transparent and comprehensible manner.

  • 7. Structured presentation of results

    We prepare the results in a way that makes them comparable, clear, and ready for decision-making.

  • 8. Presentation & decision support

    We present the results in a structured manner and support the customer in their decision-making process.

    The following are available:

    • transparency
    • comparability
    • traceability

    in the foreground—not sales pressure.

  • 9. Project completion

    A project is considered complete once qualified manufacturers and ready-to-decide offers have been presented —regardless of whether an order is placed.

    After project completion, the customer can:

    • continue working directly with selected manufacturers,
    • Or engage Nexoora for follow-up support under separate agreements
