The time span is divided into:

1) Processing time (1 business day)
After you have placed your order, it will be checked for completeness and accuracy and then packaged. (This takes place after receipt of payment.)

2) Delivery.
As soon as your order has been approved for shipping, it will be immediately handed over to our shipping service provider and you will receive your tracking number by email. 

Delivery times during holidays:

All orders received from Monday to Friday will be shipped within 24 hours (after we have confirmed receipt of payment). Standard shipping to Germany takes 2-4 business days and to Austria 1-3 business days (excluding public holidays).
